The spa side of S Spa & Salon specializes in corrective and customized skincare using professional-grade Shunly Skin Care. Each service is carefully designed to support skin health, restore structural balance, and promote long-term improvement — never rushed, never formulaic. This is not a high-volume spa. It is a private, results-focused environment created for clients who value expertise, discretion, and thoughtful, individualized care.

Amy Wood

Amy specializes in facial, lash, and brow services and has been licensed as an aesthetician in Arizona and now in Idaho for the last four years. In addition to aesthetics, Amy is an artist whose attention to detail makes a world of difference. Services with Amy not only focus on your skin, but also on getting to know you as a person and your goals, which is just as important. Working with you to make you feel confident in your own skin is her top priority!

Amy moved to Boise, ID, from Phoenix, AZ, with her husband and shih-tzu. She loves connecting with people, exploring nature, painting, visiting cafes, and appreciating the little things life has to offer.

What To Expect

We are committed to your comfort, health, and safety. Your time at S Spa and Salon is for relaxation and rejuvenation. Follow the guidelines below to enjoy the best experience for you and everyone at the spa.

At S Spa and Salon, your comfort is our mission. We recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothes or just wearing what you feel most relaxed in. For massage/body/facial services, underclothes are not necessary; however, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn. Please keep in mind that our therapists are trained to protect your privacy at all times.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointments. This allows time for consultation and time to change. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

We want our guests to experience a serene environment. We kindly ask that you turn off all mobile devices upon arrival at the S Spa and Salon and refrain from taking phone calls while there. Turning your ringer off and texting during any services is permitted.

Some services may require an in-person parental release and parental presence in the treatment room. Massage and body treatments are reserved for guests 18+. Guests ages 12-17 are permitted for facial treatments, and an adult must accompany them for hair services. In addition, both parties will be required to sign a written consent and intake form, when applicable. We respect the tranquil and experiential environment we have created for all our guests and reserve the right to terminate services at any time if we believe the guest is unable to conduct themselves properly or is affecting others’ services.

To reserve a desired time or therapist, we ask that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. We understand that you may have a preference for a therapist, so please inform the receptionist while booking.

Gratuities are NOT included in the price for our services, but are graciously accepted. Gratuities range from 15-20% of the total cost of service, or a larger amount if you experience exceptional service.

To cancel or change an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled services.

Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable; however, spa credit can be issued and must be used within 1 year of purchase. We do not issue refunds on any of our services.

Yes! Gift certificates are non-refundable, but we do allow them to be transferred to another party.
